Tim Iaquinta, Director
Tim Iaquinta is a Director with Aquila Equity Partners. In this role, Tim supports a wide range of firm activities including the deal execution process, portfolio company value creation planning, and fundraising initiatives.
Tim brings over a decade of professional experience across corporate finance, investment banking, and consulting.
Prior to joining Aquila, Tim was a Vice President at Cascade Partners, a Midwest-based investment bank, where he advised on buy-side and sell-side acquisitions along with capital raising transactions. He supported lower-middle market companies in a variety of industries including healthcare, business services, and industrials. He began his career at Ally Financial, where he held roles in financial reporting, FP&A, and treasury. During his time in treasury, Tim led the execution of numerous securitizations and private placement transactions. Tim graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Outside of his professional life, Tim enjoys playing basketball, being active outdoors, and watching the Detroit Tigers at Comerica Park.
